One of my friends just bought one of these. It's attached to a Touarag. That's a bonus. 553 ft-lbs. That's a bigger bonus.

So, is his job to professionally remove tree stumps?

Yup, the V10 TDI Touareg is a bit of a sleeper.

Ha! I told him to pull some stumps for me when he sent the note.

And to think of what might have been
The engine could easily have done more than the 738 McTorques, but I don't think there's a transmission (you'd want to put in a Q7) that could handle all of it.

As well, it would probably abuse tyres like no other.

I also love the commentary from the peanut gallery.
You're not a redneck if you have a Touareg. You probably have marble countertops in your home and may not even own cutoff jeans if you have a Touareg.

Yes. The W12 is pretty ridiculous, too, especially when turboed.

Was this their design inspiration? "Enough torque to move the earth?"

I one of the FP commentators has said he has a Touarag V10. Sent me a reply as well. Was long ago, might post who it was on here later.

Now if your car breaks down you don't need to call a tow truck.

The Q7 TDI had a different engine. 6 liter V12.

I know. I had to google "Q7 V12 TDI" to find that particular image, and noted the torque output of the V12.
I was just saying there was something better than the V10 TDI, but it wasn't for us.

TDI nut here (rec bought my 3rd) I hope your pal got an ext warranty with his T-reg, as I've read quite a bit about how exp those things are to fix when parts go south. (TDI Club) That being said, it's hard to beat for power, unless you live in Yurp and have an Audi V12 TDI.
